RideData helps you record IMU or gravity data while you ride your motorcycle. It works a few different ways:

RideData is coolest when used with an Arduino UNO or Genuino UNO. Without it you can still record some data from sensors in your phone, but the results aren't as cool. With the Arduino setup how we recommend, you can record 6 data points or axes from the IMU. The IMU or 'inerta measurement unit' we reccommend measures acceleration rate with an accelerometer and rotation with a gyroscope to make for 6 axes. The IMU Wiki page has more details.

Get Started

To start with just the app, simply download it and get going. To get the best data You'll need an Arduino Uno, Bluetooth Shield, and IMU sensor.
